Sign and Encrypt Button

Hi,

We have clients enrolled (email Enrollment). they enrolled successfully.

All the users get the Sign and Encrypt button except for 1 user. (All the users belong to the same group on the PGP UN, hence have the same policy)

PGP desktop : 10.2.1 MP 3

Outlook 2007.

Have re-enrolled PGP

have reinstalled outlook

have re-installed PGP desktop

have unchecked and checked the option under messaging.
