Will Web messenger work for an unmanaged client, can the rule be added to the PGP desktop client ?
So if i have an standalone client with PGP desktop, i send an encrypted email to a user who does not have PGP desktop installed. will he get a web messeger link ? if not then will he get the mail in clear text ?
